We're pleased to add interactive charts in your response section for the savvy, stylish email marketer in you.
With Emma’s new interactive charts feature, you’ll see your response details in a fresh way:
- Know at a glance how all of your campaigns perform over time
- Track how an individual campaign performs 3, 6, 12 and 24 hours after you’ve hit send
- Spot trends and let them guide the next steps in your email marketing plan
You can view mailing trend data for all campaigns sent over the past 14 months and view a particular mailing's response for the first 3 days after the mailing is sent.

How the chart is structured
The chart shows numbers of campaigns sent within a month, opens (% of sent) and the click-throughs (% of opened). The x axis shows the months. Number of campaigns is listed on the right-side y axis, while open and click percentages are listed on the left-side y axis.
The chart on the main response page allows you to
- Spot trends in open and click-through rates for all mailings over the past 14 months
- Compare how this year's main promotion email fared versus last year's
- Evaluate how your sending frequency affects open and click-through rates
How to interact with the chart
- Check or uncheck the campaigns, opens and clicks boxes along the bottom of the chart to change the chart's display.
- Place your mouse over data points to see numbers.
- Highlight a portion of the chart to focus on a smaller date range, and then scroll across this focused view by dragging the light gray bar above the chart.
- To return to the chart's full view, click Show all.

How the chart is structured
Click on the name of a particular mailing to view its chart and response numbers. The chart shows the number of opens and clicks for the mailing. The x axis displays time, while the y axis serves as number of opens/clicks.
This chart allows you to
- View the time of day that yields the highest open rates for your audience group
- Monitor the number of opens and clicks for the first 24 hours (and up to three days) after a mailing is sent
How to interact with the chart
- In the top right corner of the chart, click to view the first 3 hours, 6 hours, 9 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours or 3 days.
- Place your mouse over data points to see numbers.
- Highlight a portion of the chart to focus on a smaller hour range, and then scroll across this focused view by dragging the light gray bar above the chart.
- To return to the chart's full view, click Show all.
Don't see the interactive charts? This graph will not show if your account has fewer than two months of history. You'll also need to make sure that you have Flash installed. Without Flash, you'll see the chart's title but not the chart itself.
