Frequently Asked Questions About Eventbrite Which contacts are synced by this integration? Once connected to your Eventbrite account, we will pull in ticket buyers - these are contacts that have purchased a ticket to one of your events within the past 18 months. What if I want to import older contacts or contacts that haven’t purchased a ticket? To add these other contacts to your Emma account, you’ll need to do a manual export of the contacts from Eventbrite and then import them into your Emma account. Can I change which fields are mapped by the sync? No, the fields that are mapped by the sync are predetermined and cannot be changed or re-mapped. Why does my Eventbrite sync say that it last ran a long time ago? The bulk sync with Eventbrite only happens when the integration is first connected or when a user manually triggers it by clicking the Sync now button. Otherwise, events like placing an order, updating a ticket buyer, etc. use webhooks to create real-time updates in Emma. These events aren't sync events, so they don't appear in the recent executions of the sync task. TitleEventbrite Audience Sync IntegrationURL NameNew-Eventbrite-Audience-Connect
