We've updated the Emma Pro plan with a name change to Emma Lite. We've also updated our other package options to offer more flexibility, choice, and support. Our new plan tiers can meet the future needs of our customers. As the Martech industry evolves and demand for multi-channel marketing increases, new features and add-ons will be available for certain plan tiers.

The update from Emma Pro to Emma Lite will not change your account - all features remain the same. You will have the same user experience in the Emma platform.

The plan name will be updated on the Billing page of your account in January 2025. It will also be reflected in the renewal details sent to you before your next renewal date. If you have questions about this during the renewal process, please speak with your account manager.

This is a change in the name of your plan only. For those customers on auto-renewal, you will receive the same renewal reminders you're used to, at 75, 60, 45, and 30 days before your renewal date. Feel free to reach out to your account manager for more details.
